VR-5000 replacement tuning knob?

I just bought a used VR-5000, and it seems to be in excellent condition, except it is missing the main tuning knob. Where can I get either a real VR-5000 knob, or some other appropriate replacement knob?

For now I'm using a knob that I think I scavenged from an ancient tube TV a couple decades ago: The knob works, but the style doesn't exactly match the VR-5000, to put it mildly.
