My guess is that you have a bad soldering on the ground side of your display. Hi guys, Noticed a problem - I'm losing a couple of columns and one row of pixels in my LCD display. I've done a reset and reloaded all the frequencies and no change. I've recycled the power supply and no change. Before I get really serious and start taking things apart, has anyone had the same symptoms? I see from the schematic that the display and it's processor/driver is on the front panel board, so I assume the whole lot is soldered in, or is the diplay a plug-in? Any suggestions gratefully received. Cheers - Martin ZL2MC [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
