VR-5000. No reception above 313MHz

I have a problem with the VR-5000 receiver. So far, everything worked, and since yesterday it does not work range from 313 MHz and above. Only noise is heard with maximum intensity. should preferably be a place where the signal transmitting station can be heard a very weak signal - noise disturbs him. There are wide areas of the frequency of 200-300kHz where the signal is not at all. Such areas occur periodically when the tuning knob spins.
