Hi there, Yes it's deffo the correct cable I've triple checked. I also have FTBVR5K - Bobs software works great on all my other machines so I'm not questioning the software for one second. I've made sure all comm ports and baud settings are correct etc. It just doesn't seem to see the PC and vise versa. I've even tried it on a different PC. I've also tried the FTBCAT software to no avail.
