undocumented CAT command + ROM/firmware

There's a n undocumented opcode in the CAT interface opcode "0xD7" which seems to be similar to 0xE7 (s-meter) opcode. Write [0x0 0x0 0x0 0x0 0xd7] and read one bytes back. I was wondering does anyone have a copy of the firmware ?, or can anymore read the ROM ?. I'd be very interessed in decompiling the code and to actually see which CAT commands are supported.
