People that have trouble with the VR5000 are probably not able to understand the instructions.
It is a complex little radio and there is nothing intuitive about using it.

I'm considering buying a used vr 5000. I understand that early models had problems. is there a serail # or other way I can tell if it's after the problem radio's. if It's a early model can I fix the problems?
