Un-Blocked VR-120

 I don't have the the box it can in, but the manual was printed in 
the Netherlands. This makes me think it's from Europe. One thing 
though, why would a VR-120 from Europe have US Weather Channels? Any 
thoughts on This.  Thank you, Neil
