That was the other one.  I thought Vintela was not available locally 
(US), only in Europe.  Ok, will look.

If you have a NAT tunnel from compute nodes to rest of the WAN you might 
not need a proxy, though the performance hit could be severe for rapidly 
executing systems, or those that check permissions.  Better to have a 
local proxy for this if possible.
