Hello, I have a list of several hundred amino acid change and would like to locate the genomic location for each of them. I also have the transcript ID the amino acid position correspond to. I was wondering if this is possible using GenomicFeatures package? I guess this query is the opposite way that to most annotations for which there is a lot of documentation and tools.
