packages similar to Jetset but for mouse platforms

Hi, 
I would like to know if there is any package able to select what is supposed to be the “best” probe set corresponding to a given gene. Jetset, in particular seems to be doing that, but doesn’t work for mouse platforms (in particular Mouse430_2]).
