Hi Sebastian,

RUVSeq is available for the latest version of R (3.1.1), but not for
the release version of Bioconductor (2.14).
It is available in the 'devel' version of Bioconductor (3.0). Please
have a look at this if you want to install the Bioconductor devel
version:
http://master.bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/useDevel/
