Hi,
I have been trying to generate GO category table for Chinese hamster genome=
using getgo function in goseq package. Even though chinese hamster is said=
to be included in the supportedGenomes() function of goseq, i am having tr=
ouble generating the GO category table. Does anybody have experience do thi=
s.
Here is what i have trying without much success...
genes <- c("EGV95676", "EGW04231", "EGV99641") # example gene list
getgo(genes, "criGri1", "ensGene")
And i get this error -=20
Error in library(paste(orgstring, "db", sep =3D "."), character.only =3D TR=
UE) :=20
there is no package called =91NA.db=92
