There is SCOPEC, for SCOP to EC mapping, and I think they were moving into
the GO arena.

IMHO EC is a better ontology than the GO Molecular Function Ontology, but
I am happy to be slammed on that point.

I was working on a SCOP <-> GO Biological Process Ontology mapping (which
isn't trivial (so far as I can tell)), but gave up due to lethargy.
