Re: Programming bounties

Hi Titus,

I prefer that option for announcement lists, since it will usually prevent 
discussions from being posted to a list.  The problem is, the bounties are 
announcements, while we'd like the Biodevelopers list to be (mostly) for 
discussions.

Anyway, since "Reply-To" can only be set one way for all messages, subscribers 
should always check just who it is they're replying to :-)
