instructions for Loading MGED ontology into ArrayExpress

Hello,

I've got a copy of EBI's ArrayExpress database and the MAGE-ML loader
running but I never loaded the MGED Ontology. Has anyone done this
before and if so can you please tell me where to find instructions? (I
didn't see instructions on the EBI's ArrayExpress site nor the MEGD.org
site)
