protein structure in mmCIF and PDB format

Hi

I am in search for some web service method , which will give me PDB file
with coordinates or mmCIF file which can be viewed statically or dynamically
through molecular viewer. I went through the PDB webservices could not
understand which one will retrieve structure file.

Help will be highly appreciated !!
