Biometric security

Greetings,
Yesterday, my fiancée told of of how a cheque fraud took place at her bank.
The cheques was placed by someone who was identical to the account owner,
but shorter. The height difference was discovered through the CCTV
recordings.
My request is for a product that uses biometric parameters i.e. fingerprints
to counter such issues.
Any lead will be appreciated.
