pre Pro phi psi angles perl source code

Hi guys... I have to create a program that will
estimate the phi and psi angles prior to a Proline using pdb
coordinates preferably in perl. Any idea on where to start or if there
is anything already existing? Thanks for the time. I'm sorry for my
