parallel implementation of Needleman-Wunsch algorithm

Hello,

I am looking for the parallel implementation (either MPI or PVM) of
Needleman-Wunsch algorithm for pairwise alignnment as well as for database
searching. Is anyone aware of the availability of the source code for the
same. If so please let me know the URL.
