snps known to affect phenotype

Hi,

i'm trying to collect a set of SNPs that are associated
with a change in phenotype but it's proving to be a bit
more of an issue than I thought it might.
I can't get hold of HGMD and HGVbase doesn't contain
this info yet. I can't see to find a good way to pull
from OMIM.

any ideas?
