FWIW,

I'm currently working on a project (BioMap) that will integrate GO, 
KEGG, genomic sequences (peptides) and UniProt and provide a 
similarity/protein family based mapping between the various 
identifiers/sequences in the different repositories. It isn't ready yet 
though (if anyone wants to donate cluster time so I can get the mapping 
done faster ;) )
