In response to the dramatic upsurge of spam being sent to the wormbase and
wormbase-help mailing lists, I have activated a number of features designed
to filter out spam:

	- all non-western character sets are now forbidden
	- the internet relay blacklist is now consulted to block known
		open relays
	- the Razor distributed anti-spam network is now being consulted

If anyone notices legitimate e-mail being blocked, please let me know
imediately.
