you really didn't state what you're aiming at you know. But you can try and make probably a phosphorous based compound, and perform micelle concentration/surfactant test using LBT or run some UV/Vis on it. But you haven't given much details on your project, so I could be leading you down a worng path! :)

Hello, I need help in designing a compound (organic) that will respond to a rate of reaction or concentration of a particular product produced in biological systems. I need help in directing me to research in the area of kinetics in biochemistry or organic chemistry which would lead to enlightenment with this perplexing problem. If more information is needed please just ask.
