This group is not set up to accept attachments. The group moderator or owner would have to alter the settings for that. However, you could upload the paper to a file-hosting site like www.rapidshare.com , and post the link here. You could, also, join http://www.sciencemadness.org , and request papers there. However, to get access to the References section, you have to build up a posting record on the site.
