Findin an watertight yet aerated vessel

I am trying to find something that can contain a bacterial sample but the bacterial is aerobic so, while it needs to be watertight it also needs to be oxygenated from the outside air. Only larger particles than 1mm (flies etc) need to be kept from getting inside.
Now, you might think that a test tube covered by muslin might be enough but the vessel is going to move in all directions.
Perhaps this is more of a biology question but I thought you might have an idea of what I words I need to use to find the answer.
Just to make that clear, I need to keep water in a vessel, but also let some air in too.
