Unfortunately, there does not appear to be any free download of that book, published in 2009, available on the internet, not even a Torrent download or one from a restricted site such as library.nu . Some alleged pay downloads of it turned up, but they seem to be $cams, especially as they ask for credit-card details, with no PayPal alternative. There are many references to the book on the internet, and hard copies appear to be available from amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, and at least one leading bookseller in India.

I used this search string on Google:
"Symmetry And Spectroscopy Of Molecules" Reddy PDF OR DJVU OR CHM OR ZIP OR RAR OR 7Z

 For those who cannot afford to buy the hard copy, perhaps someone who has it could scan and upload it, please.

I found several other downloadable ebooks on the subject of molecular spectroscopy in my search for it, mostly linked on these pages, although in the event of download links of titles being broken further links should be searched for:
