Wiley has written to the editors to say that the book

has now been published.

On the face of it, this statement is at variance with the fact that the 
IEEE website is currently offering an electronic version of the text, with 
publication dates given as 8 and 29 May, while Wiley's website gives a 
publication date of 31 July. My best guess is that Wiley meant that bound 
copies have now reached their warehouse in New Jersey.

The book has 792 pages, pp. 1-498 being the actual text of the Report. 
There are extensive and detailed endnotes, mainly by Dr Reds.

Full details of the contents are available on the Wiley website. 

The price of the volume appears to be 97.97 British pounds or 135 US 
dollars.
