Possibly O/T : "Enigma" post-war use in "third-world" countries

I am wondering whether there has been any papers/docs. released
in USA, or elsewhere, on the post-war sale & use of ENIGMA machines.
The only stuff that I have found are the usual, similar, sentences
( as below ), without any references.

Any pointers ( to public sources ) would be gratefully received.
