SOE "Secret Army" Museum opens

A new SOE Museum was opened in March by the Princess Royal, patron of
the Special Forces Club, at the wartime "finishing school" for the SOE
on Lord Montagu's estate in Hampshire, where arson, assassination,
sabotage, ciphers and disguises were taught.

Now, visitors can be reminded why Britain was drawn into the Second World
War, discover how the houses on the Beaulieu estate became schools for
subversion and view some of the equipment used and a wide range of
photographs.
