The statement on the UK MoD site that Rejewski worked at BP in 1943 came as a surprise to me. Budiansky in Battle of Wits (p278) ( and I believe various others) says he did not work at BP on reaching the UK but at a Polish unit at Boxmoor. I had always understood that he knew nothing of BP's success until matters started to be revealed in the 1970s. Does anyone have any evidence that Rejewski even visited BP?
