Re: Winter Closing

Don't think it was the £10 entrance fee that was the problem as such.  
Entry costs to many UK venues are at comparable levels and, its strikes 
me, many will close for the Winter too.

BP's temporary closing is a bit of a shock though.

Virtually all visitors I ever spoke to (I go once or twice per month) 
enjoyed their BP visit and many seemed to have visited before.

Let's hope  2006 sees a major revival in fortunes and on that note ...

The new Director is interesting to say the least!  Just awaiting 
confirmation now.

Dare say all this will be subject to a press release of course.
