Yes, the USSR had their embassy in London at 13, Kensington Palace
Gardens, London W8 4QX.
The embassy moved into this location in 1930 and it was fully manned
throughout the war years.
If you search on the Internet with this address (13 Kensington Palace
Gardens) and with the years 1940-45 you will find several documents
referring to the embassy.
