i don't seem to be able to buy a copy with an address in the states.   
if someone will be kind enough to buy a copy and post it to me i will  
be most appreciative.    of course i'll pay whatever costs are  
involved including express shipping.  i have a LLoyds Bank account so  
i can send you a cheque or Visa or Amex, or whatever.
