A new book - THIRTY SECRET YEARS - has just been published by Polperro Heritage Press. It is about Alastair Denniston, and has been written by his son, Robin. It is subtitled 'A.G. Denniston's work in signals intelligence 1914-1944'. The cost is £9.95 (paperback) and about twice that for the hardback. Denniston was the first head of operations at BP, being replaced by Edward Travis in Feb 1942.
