Great stuff!

Am I required to decode the radio transmission, or will you be publishing 
the raw Baudot intercepts? (my Racal Rx only receives AM, CW and DRM - 
digital radio mondial)

Will you be publishing 'test vectors'? A sample of plain, cipher and wheel 
patterns/settings, so we can test our logic?

Will there be any Limitations in use, if so will they be given?
