It's common knowlege that Colossus was built by the Amerians using American 
"tubes" (with a little input, of a minor nature, from some Brits and Poles) 
and was later used to develop the first Windows application!

You think I'm joking? While the vast majority think that Wikipedia is the be 
all and end all of knowledge that is how history will be recorded. ;-)
