Hello,

Every year we hold an Enigma Reunion at Bletchley Park - for the
people who used to work at BP.

This year there is an addition. Our aim is to exhibit as many
Enigma machines as possible within BP, as many models and variations
as possible - a real Reunion of Enigmas . M3 and M4, standard 3-
wheelers we know but there are the others - the K's and the Tirpitz,
the Z. I know of one machine in Afrika Korp colours too.

For military museums that have have already expressed a wish to
attend, there is clearance for military vehicles and personnel to
park / camp within the grounds of BP. That will help with costs -
the value of £Sterling also!

Hotels and B&B - we can help point you in the right direction for
this too.

This is a 'heads up' to inform people that the event is going ahead.
If you have an interesting Enigma, a collection of Enigma or other
crypto gear, and you would like to attend please let me know asap.

If you know collectors, museums, groups that may be willing to join
in then please let them know AND copy me in.

The event date is 5th and 6th September 2009 which it will coincide
with the 70th anniversary of Turing and Welchman arriving at BP.

Exhibitors? Just let me know that you are interested at this stage
along with what you would want to bring along. How much space you
think you will need.

Traders with Enigma / parts / other gear to sell? No problem but
please check in with us early so that we can set out BP's needs,
requirements and terms. Please try to be aware of issues relating to
import / export of such machines. No problem should be
insurmountable - its needs to be considered and addressed that is all.

Special issues? Please raise them asap - we then have maximum
opportunity to address issues and queries.

Regards,

John Alexander
