South Africa is only one of many ex-Dominions and ex-Colonies who are
not in the Agreement. Australia is, notoriously, also excluded from
the Agreement to increment pensions.

The current issue of the CSPA journal carries a letter from Alan A

Thanks for your comprehensive reply, I fear that successive governments have 
taken the view that the "problem" will die out if they delay long enough! I 
can normally see both sides of an argument but honestly felt aggrieved that 
particularly someone who worked "in a senior position" at BP should be so 
shabbily treated.

Please note I am not trying to decry the deeds of our fighting men and women 
by my above words.
