There is an interesting booklet on SOE training available from the
museum in Arisaig.  It has a lot of information on the various Special
Training Centres around there as well as the best explanation of
Inverlair that I have seen anywhere.

Another book that has a some information on SOE training is Commando
Country by Stuart Allan.  It describes training for Combined
Operations, Commando and SOE in the Highlands with the story behind
Inverailort House which should be more widely recognised as the true
home of all Special Forces and Commando.
