SECRET FIGHT OF SIGRID, 90, SPY WHO TOOK ON THE NAZIS

A BRITISH heroine has finally been recognised for her work as a British 
spy against the Nazis.

Sigrid Green, 90, of Darwen, Lancs, went undercover in Norway before 
joining secret code breakers at Bletchley Park.

After the war ended she kept her story quiet. But now she has received a 
Bletchley Park badge and certificate signed by Prime Minister David 
Cameron marking her achievements.

Miss Green said : "It was a horrible time. I'm certainly no one's 
hero."
