Good day to all listmembers!

Just a short question - I was wondering whether adult (over 5000 kg)
Tyrannosaurus rex individual was able to jump the distance at least four to
five meters? I know that if it was running (or quickly walking) its stride
lenght was calculated at perhaps over 5 meters. But what if it needed to get
completely over an obstacle (stream, rocks, fallen tree trunk etc.) that was
too big to just step over? Would T. rex (and his legs) withstand such a
pressure released on one of its legs during the impact of the foot on the
firm ground? Thank you for your thoughts! Tom
