[Apologies for multiple postings] English, French, German and Russian translators (F/M) (English version below) Context: In order to create high-quality linguistic resources, ELDA (Evaluations and Language resources Distribution Agency) is hiring translators to work in the following language pairs: • French to English • German to French • English to German • Russian to English Mission details: • Document type: political newspaper articles (defense-oriented); • Volume: 15.000 words ; • Modality: full translation (target text to be created from scratch); • Technical terminology: journalistic discourse - may contain political, judicial or military jargon; • Start date: as soon as possible; • End date: May 22nd, 2026; • Location: ELDA main office (Paris, 13th district). Remote work allowed; • Contract type: freelance (possible fixed-term contract upon request); • Send estimate to: <[email protected]> Additional job specificities: • Knowledge of annotation softwares (Label Studio) is a great-to-have. • You are able to quickly understand and apply complex annotation guidelines.
