I think it is fair to say that when you see Paulie you have seen Mr
Carnivore. And it is also fair to say that if you have seen Thorondor
then you have seen an entity that is sometimes a parrot and you have
seen an entity that is always an eagle. However, you have not seen an
entity that is sometimes a parrot and always an eagle, for Thorondor
is not Mr Bird.
