A radical solution:

1. Replace by (PA) LAhE x ce y.
2. Where there is no suitable LAhE, move to LAhE the unparaphrasable sumti
connective.
3. Optionally: scrap all remaining sumti connectives except ce.

Step 1 is already valid.
Step 2 is a serious proposal.
Step 3 is obviously politically impossible.
