I'm not sure that the issue under dispute is how to count Uniques.
It is clear that "pa" is a different quantifier than "ro",
and a different quantifier than "su'o", even though in some
cases they all apply. They still have different meanings.
It should also be clear that a quantifier for Unique is a fourth
quantifier, different from those three. It can be argued that
it is a non-quantifier, because of its properties. Lojban {tu'o}
is appropriate for this function.
