I would be happy to use ropa for li and for Mr. However, it is not
quite ro je pa.

ro -unicorn cu blabi .ije pa -unicorn cu blabi is not synonymous with
ropa -unicorn cu blabi, for the former only entails that there are su'o
unicorns, whereas the latter entails that there are [exactly] pa.

Most languages are dramatically underdescribed, and at least one is 
dramatically overdescribed. Still other languages are simultaneously 
overdescribed and underdescribed. Welsh pertains to the third category.
