The two differ wrt sufficient conditions, but are equivalent wrt necessary
conditions.

But anyway, to make claims about the kinds Mr Broda is a subkind of is
to make claims about the definition of Broda, and involves considering
necessary conditions of category membership (which involves considering
hypotheticals).
