lo'e/le'e/lo'i/le'i/loi/lei are ignored by this proposal: they are not
needed, as everything is covered by lo and le. The rest can remain as
close to the traditional definitions as desired, or they can be given
somewhat more useful functions in some cases, but we should keep all
that separate so as not to confuse the proposal.
