Romanian dev status?

Hello,

(How) Can I become developer on the Romanian Wikipedia? I'd like to be 
able to appoint sysops, perform some more advanced editing queries on 
occasion and maintain a few Wikipedia files, again on occasion, and it's 
pretty frustrating for me to keep asking and I expect pretty annoying 
for others to keep tracking these requests.
