I have done that in begin august. The webmaster is Pablo Saratxaga 
<pablo AT mandrakesoft.com>.

It is an experiment to test it and be able to make a consistent 
translation of the interface. When ready Pablo will request te creation 
of a real Walloon wikipedia.
